Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Items are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item or incomplete order
  • The quality of the product is not acceptable (must be reported with evidence)

2. Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please:

  • Email us at support@krishnavegetable.in or
  • Call/WhatsApp us on +91-XXXXXXXXXX
  • Provide your Order ID, item details, and photo/video proof (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items left unattended or not received during delivery window
  • Taste or personal preference complaints, unless spoiled
  • Slight variations in size, shape, or color (natural for fresh produce)

4. Refund Process

Once your return/refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • No cancellations are accepted once the delivery is out for dispatch
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone

6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or missing items, we may offer a free replacement in your next order (based on availability and location).
